Researchers at BRFAA, along with the 1st Cardiology Clinic of EKPA University, received two prestigious awards:

1. The American Heart Association presented the Paul Dudley While International Scholar Award to recognize the Authors with the Highest Ranked Abstract from Greece at the Scientific Session 2021.

2. The same team of BRFAA Researchers was awarded the first prize by the Hellenic Society of Cardiology, for research in the Phenotypic characterization of a new animal model of aortic valve stenosis in comparison with the human disease.
