On Tuesday, March 19, at 19.00, Ms. Litsa Kranias became accepted into the Academy of Athens as a Corresponding Member.  Dr. Kranias is a Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio and an Affiliated Investigator in the Division of Molecular Biology at BRFAA.

Dr. Kranias was addressed by the President of the Academy of Athens, Mr. Spyros A. Evangelatos, and then Academician and President of BRFAA Mr. Gregory Skalkeas presented her scientific work.  Finally, Ms Kranias gave a talk entitled "New Horizons in the Investigation of Heart Failure."

This event is a great honor for our Foundation.
