2014 marked the Hellenic Cord Blood Bank’s 10th anniversary and the Bank is organizing an anniversary scientific symposium to celebrate this event. The scientific symposium aims to highlight the importance of a Public Cord Blood Bank for the unrelated allogeneic transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells and to determine the role of Cord Blood Banks in the growth and development of Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Cellular Therapies. Furthermore, we would like to welcome the first FACT Workshop in the South Eastern Europe concerning Cord Blood, Cellular Therapy, Regenerative Medicine Inspection and Accreditation.
