In the context of the research program THALIS (Title: “Study mechanisms of neurodegeneration in Alzheimer’s disease”, Co-Principal Investigator BRFAA: S. Georgopoulos, Principal Investigator: S. Efthimiopoulos) a technician position will be available for this program in the laboratory of Cellular Neurobiology of Dr. S. Georgopoulos at BRFAA. This position will involve the analysis and generation of transgenic mice.
Candidates should have:

1. University Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or “TEI” Degree in Medical Laboratories, Animal Production.
2. Very good knowledge of the English language
3. Very good knowledge of computer related software
4. At least one year work experience in transgenic mice and the techniques involved in the analysis and production of transgenic mice.
5. Two reference letters
