This course is directed towards:

• Young Cardiologists - Cardiothoracic Surgeons - Vascular Surgeons who would like to gain a better basic understanding of the cardiovascular system
• Basic researchers who are involved in the cardiovascular system, and who would like to learn more about the clinical implications within the field

The duration of the course is 6 months. The course will be taught in English, and the participants of the course will receive an EBAC certificate and 34 credits for continuing education.

Participation in this course is free and the number of students will not be greater than 30. Last year's course was rated by students with 9/10 score.

Another aim of this course is to create collaborations between clinical and basic research fields.

The course will begin on Friday, November 6, 2013 and will end in June 2013.  Classes will be held every Wednesday 17.00-20.00 at BRFAA.
