The program is developed in Matlab 7.0 R14. If that or a newer version of Matlab is not installed on your PC, then you will have to download and install the Matlab Runtime environment.The link to the installation file is below(76MB).
To run the program, unzip the folder and execute cfdiagrammer.exe.
Inside the program folder, exists a very small FASTA file, which contains only 13 proteins and was used as a sample. It is the beginning of the UniprotKB/Swiss-Prot FASTA file. Download the complete file from the Uniprot site or from the link below(42.75MB).
The program was written and tested in windows based systems. It should run in Linux systems, but I cannot guarantee anything.
(When installation of Matlab Runtime Environment is complete, the environment variable 'Path' from the Control Panel--System, should contain a directory path, similar to the next one:C:\Program Files\MathWorks\MATLAB Component Runtime\v70\runtime\win32.The last three folders must be the same and the first depend on the MRE installation folder. This directory path was generated automatically in all PC's that I tested the program, but it is good to be sertain and check if it is produced in your PC too).
